Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Every item is created and packaged with care, and we hope you love your purchase. Please review our return policy below before placing your order.

Returns & Store Credit

• Returns are accepted for store credit only.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive a store credit code via email that can be applied toward a future purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

• We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping, as all orders are carefully packaged before leaving.

• However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

• We are happy to offer a replacement, but shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items, digital downloads, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
