Thank you for supporting my small business! Every product is created, packaged, and shipped with care. Below are some of the most common questions about shipping, returns, and orders.


When will my order ship?

All orders are processed and shipped within 5-10 business days after you place your order.
Once your package is on the way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Why is my order taking longer than expected?

Due to tariffs and ongoing Canada Post strikes, some shipments may take a little longer than usual. These delays are out of my control, but I truly appreciate your patience and understanding while your order makes its way to you!


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Occasionally, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions — keep an eye out!


Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I currently ship Worldwide.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the customer’s responsibility.


Do you offer refunds or returns?

I currently do not offer refunds, but I’m happy to accept returns for store credit.
To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within 14 days of delivery.
Once your return is received, you’ll get a store credit code via email to use toward your next purchase.


What if my item arrives damaged?

All orders are carefully packed before shipping, but I’m not responsible for any damage that happens during transit.
If your item arrives damaged, please email me within 7 days of delivery with photos, and I’ll happily replace the item if shipping costs are covered by the customer.


What items are final sale?

Sale items, gift cards, and digital downloads are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged.
